Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist and Center Manager
Location: NovaCare Bethesda, MD
Compensation: Starting at $95,000
Incentives: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus and/or indefinite student loan assistance

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center in Bethesda, Maryland, is actively seeking an experienced physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. This is a treating role open to physical therapists with at least two (2) years of OP ortho experience.
Previous management experience is not required. Our Leadership Development Program will ensure success. You will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
