We are looking for a Treasury Risk Expert!

\n\n\n\nHow will you contribute to the success of DHL?\n

Join our Corporate Finance team and support treasury operations within a Shared Service Center environment. You will play a key role in managingcash, funding, banking relationships, and financial risks in alignment with corporate objectives, policies, and compliance requirements.

\n\nIdentify and quantify financial risks (e.g., currency and interest rate risks) through data analysis, simulations, and statistical models.\nDevelop and improve strategies for financial risk mitigation, ensuring the effectiveness of existing measures.\nAssist in defining and updating internal guidelines on financial risk management based on internal and external requirements.\nReview internal and external financial transactions for compliance with regulations, guidelines, and internal controls.\nSupport treasury accounting activities, ensuring proper documentation of hedging relationships in compliance with IFRS/HGB standards.\nAnalyze, define, and document Corporate Treasury business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.\nContribute to management reports on financial risks by providing detailed analysis.\nCreate and maintain reports on treasury topics using treasury management systems, Power BI, and CREST.\n\n\n

\nDo you have what it takes?\n

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial risk management.\nStrong expertise in Treasury Management, Cash Flow Management, Risk Management, and Compliance.\nProficiency in Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Financial Reporting.\nHigh IT affinity with experience in treasury management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).\nStrong analytical and conceptual skills with a keen interest in financial markets.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.\nAbility to present financial concepts effectively through storytelling and data visualization.\n\n\n
