The Treasury Power Platform Specialist will be part of the Treasury Modernization team under Treasury Operations and will participate in the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of Treasury Operations applications/tools. The role requires a strong background in Access, Excel, VBA programming, Power Platform Tools, and Alteryx. The ability to dissect and enhance existing databases and Power Apps applications is critical to this role. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, software development experience, and should be able to learn production processes quickly, work in a fast-paced team-driven environment and communicate well with Business Units and other stakeholders. **Position Responsibilities:** Reporting directly to the Treasury Manager of Project Delivery & Enablement Team (GBS), the Treasury Modernization Specialist is primarily accountable for: + Recognizing areas within the business for process improvement and business transformation through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement where citizen development can be applied to improve processes or solve problems. + Generates new and unique ideas, approaches and solutions to problems and opportunities. Openly questions traditional assumptions. + Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop, validate, and prioritize enhancements and change requests. + Advise on process improvements strategies and work directly with developers and business partners to implement and deploy solution to BAU. + Demonstrates strength at evaluating feasibility or practicality of ideas and options, assesses risks and trade-offs; makes informed and timely decisions. + Developing and implementing new processes and systems that align with the organization's goals and objectives. + Proactively interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders (Operations, IT, Business units, COEs) and build productive working relationships with key business partners. + Lead effective sessions to brainstorm solutions, documenting potential options and most optimal solutions. + Effective verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders / audience. + Leverage data analytics tools such as Alteryx and Power BI to define and analyze operational problems, identify risks, and recommend options based on data-driven assessments. + Improve business processes by utilizing low-code and no-code tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related course + At least 3-5 years working experience in developing solutions using data analytics tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, PowerApps and Automate and other related software.
