Job Description
The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk. This role ensures effective treasury operations, strong financial controls, accurate financial data, and reliable system performance to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
+ Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity planning to ensure sufficient funds for operational and strategic needs, including cash forecasting for projects, funds, and corporate entities.
+ Oversee treasury control management, including positive pay decisioning and preventative payment controls.
+ Oversee banking relationships, including account management, mandates, fees, and service agreements.
+ Execute and monitor payment processes and notifications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
+ Manage debt, investments, and working capital, including compliance with loan covenants and treasury policies.
+ Prepare treasury reports for senior management.
+ Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
+ Serve as the primary administrator for the organization’s accounting and financial systems, such as ERP, accounting software, and treasury management systems.
+ Configure, maintain, and optimize system settings, user access, workflows, and security controls.
+ Provide user support and documentation for finance and related departments.
+ Collaborate with IT and external providers to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
+ Oversee and administer the company's credit card programs.
+ Prepare and maintain schedules related to funding capital draws.
+ Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 5-7 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
+ Strong understanding of cash management, financial controls, and accounting principles.
+ Experience working with banks, auditors, and external system vendors.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex financial data.
+ Advanced proficiency in accounting and financial systems and Excel skills.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
+ Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Professional qualifications such as CTP, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are a plus.
Work Environment
The work environment involves collaboration with IT and external providers, providing support to finance and related departments, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. The role requires advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
