**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Coordinator to drive the execution of Wells Fargo Global Payments & Liquidity customer’s digital payment conversion initiatives as part of the Supplier Analysis & Onboarding (SAO) team.
This individual will support the team's focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation, and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Support in conducting outbound call and email campaigns
+ Work with clients and other Treasury Management Sales individuals to define campaign strategy and maximize effectiveness and apply knowledge of accounts payable processes to effectively articulate the value proposition to suppliers
+ Perform moderately complex administrative, transactions and operational tasks within Treasury Management Sales functional area
+ Contact the suppliers of existing commercial customers, with the goal of enrolling them in electronic payment solutions
+ Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine inquiries in the Treasury Management Sales functional area
+ Interact with Treasury Management Sales team and functional area on a wide range of information
+ With experience you may perform the role of a Dedicated Treasury Management Coordinator and manage a portfolio of customers.
+ Provide leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise to less experienced team members
+ May assist with training of new team members
+ Individual will be a leader in all processes and procedures, assisting to update and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes.
+ Additional responsibilities may include:
+ Team member support functions such as management and/or team lead of shared inbox and customer correspondence with the potential for specific job family special projects.
+ Special projects may be self-identified process improvement ideas shared with management for any of the SAO job families or management identified opportunities for leadership in a vital SAO initiative.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors Degree
+ Experience in outbound sales
+ Credit card industry experience
+ Knowledge and understanding of sales or client support, general banking, or treasury management
+ Knowledge and understanding of treasury management industry, products and services
+ Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processing
+ Knowledge of digital payment trends including commercial card and ACH payments
+ Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
+ Strong presentation skills
+ Strong communication skills
+ A sense of urgency, passion for results, personal accountability, and strong ethical standards are fundamental to success in this role
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
+ Experience in phone based sales (for Phone Based role)

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$28.85 - $48.08
