We are Looking for a Part-Time TREASURY INTERN to Join Our Team!

Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join their Treasury team in a part-time capacity. This entry-level role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate treasury and cash management. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, supporting daily banking operations, administrative tasks, and compliance efforts within a dynamic corporate environment.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with daily banking activities, including scanning checks and processing remote depositsMonitor and respond to inquiries in the treasury inboxSupport fraud prevention initiatives and ensure adherence to internal treasury policiesMaintain accurate records for bank accounts, agreements, and signature cardsHelp prepare documentation for internal and external auditsPerform general administrative and clerical duties as neededCommunicate effectively with the treasury team to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations

What You Bring:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, reporting, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsEagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple tasks and work independentlyBonus: Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
