**Job Description:**
Pitney Bowes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Treasury to lead our treasury operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial assets, ensuring liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and mitigating financial risks. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and corporate finance.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ Oversee all aspects of treasury operations, including cash management, investment strategies, and risk management.
+ Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and ensure liquidity.
+ Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
+ Monitor and analyze financial markets to identify opportunities and risks.
+ Lead the treasury team, providing guidance, training, and development.
+ Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial strategy and objectives.
+ Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
+ Build and maintain a diverse and high-performing team
**Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management or corporate finance.
+ Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
+ Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven leadership and team management abilities.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in financial software and tools.
