**What You'll Do for Us:**
**Data Engineering & Architecture:**
+ Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines to support real-time and batch processing.
+ Lead the development and implementation of data integration processes, leveraging cloud technologies and modern data architecture best practices.
+ Champion the adoption of a unified data platform using technologies such as Azure Synapse, Power Automate, or similar.
+ Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and accessibility to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders across multiple business functions.
+ Oversee the quality, consistency, and governance of data assets to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Innovation & Continuous Improvement:**
+ Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in data engineering, analytics, and data science.
+ Drive experimentation and prototyping efforts to identify innovative solutions and enhance existing data systems.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve decision-making through data-driven insights.
+ Align technology and data initiatives to treasury business strategy.
+ Uses data and technology to address complex treasury challenges.
**Collaboration & Communication:**
+ Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of priorities.
+ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
+ Drive collaboration across global teams to implement standardized data engineering practices and solutions.
**Qualification & Requirements** :
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related field. SQL experience is a must.
+ Proven experience in designing, building, and managing large-scale data infrastructure, preferably using cloud platforms such as Azure or Power Automate.
+ Hands-on programming experience with Python, R, Java, etc.
+ Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and building real-time and batch processing pipelines.
+ Strong knowledge of database systems and data warehousing solutions.
+ Experience working with ERP systems.
+ Experience with Treasury Management systems preferred.
+ Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards preferred.

Pay Range:$116,000 - $138,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
