This role not only challenges you to grow your expertise but also empowers you to make a tangible impact on how data fuels our organization's future. **What You'll Do for Us:** **Data Engineering & Architecture:** + Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines to support real-time and batch processing. + Lead the development and implementation of data integration processes, leveraging cloud technologies and modern data architecture best practices. + Champion the adoption of a unified data platform using technologies such as Azure Synapse, Power Automate, or similar. + Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and accessibility to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders across multiple business functions. + Oversee the quality, consistency, and governance of data assets to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. **Innovation & Continuous Improvement:** + Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in data engineering, analytics, and data science. + Drive experimentation and prototyping efforts to identify innovative solutions and enhance existing data systems. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve decision-making through data-driven insights. + Align technology and data initiatives to treasury business strategy. + Uses data and technology to address complex treasury challenges. **Collaboration & Communication:** + Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of priorities. + Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences. + Drive collaboration across global teams to implement standardized data engineering practices and solutions. **Qualification & Requirements** : + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related field. Pay Range:$116,000 - $138,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
