Treasury Cash Operations Coordinator

ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Sr. Treasury Manager, the Cash Operations Coordinator is a vital member of the Treasury team in Warsaw, responsible for cash operations and overseeing the Solenis Treasury Operations Team. This position requires a proactive, analytical professional who can manage a wide range of responsibilities, foster collaboration across departments, and contribute to strategic treasury activities.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days per week in the Warsaw office.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES​

Cash Management & Reporting

Global cash management and intercompany funding

Supporting cash forecasting processes

Reporting daily global cash position and weekly cash reports

Payments, Banking & System Administration

Coordination with banking partners and manual payments processing

KYC/FBAR support as needed

Online banking systems and Treasury Management System (TMS) administration

Month-end closing activities

Specialized Operations & Projects

FX trading for pool cash rebalancing

IT support, ad-hoc projects, and system enhancements

​Team Leadership & Collaboration

Leading and managing a team, with three direct reports

Working closely with Accounting, Tax, Cash Applications, AR, FP&A, Payroll, Legal, and IT departments

Building strong working relationships with the Company’s offices and affiliates globally

QUALIFICATIONS

A successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. They must be adept at managing multiple competing priorities while guiding and empowering the Treasury team to achieve shared goals. This role demands strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of treasury experience

International or multinational exposure is highly desirable

Supervisory experience is an advantage

Knowledge

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Treasury workstations (e.g., Kyriba), SAP, and FXall platform preferred

Skills

Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage change effectively

Strong organizational and planning skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Process improvement mindset with a drive to optimize workflows and systems

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

​Education

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance

MBA, CPA, or CTP is a plus
