Key Responsibilities:

Support daily treasury back-office operations including trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled batch jobs and EOD processes in treasury systems Assist in automating recurring tasks using basic scripting (Linux/Shell preferred) Proficient in SQL programming Provide first-level support for treasury system issues and coordinate with IT/vendors for resolution Run standard reports and assist in regulatory and internal reporting processes Help test and validate system changes, patches, and new modules Maintain proper documentation and logs for operational processes and system changes Coordinate with finance, middle office, and compliance for data and reporting needs

 

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and basic shell scripting Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., K+, Murex, Calypso – K+ preferred) Understanding of trade lifecycle for FX, Money Market, and Fixed Income products Basic exposure to SWIFT messages ISO 20022, file transfers, and reconciliation processes Hands-on experience in Excel (lookups, pivots, basic macros)

 

Qualifications:

Graduate in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline Certifications in treasury operations or financial systems (desirable)
