We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury and Swift Digital Technology Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and operation of SWIFT solutions and supporting digital transformation initiatives within the treasury function. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking technologies, SWIFT messaging, and treasury operations.  Candidate must be an excellent analytical thinker and problem solver, as well as an effective communicator. Highly motivated, able to multi-task, and possess a solid work ethic with commitment to task completion in a timely manner. 

On a typical day you will:

SWIFT Solution Engineering:

Design, implement, and maintain SWIFT banking solutions to meet organizational needs.

Ensure compliance with SWIFT standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve SWIFT connectivity issues and provide technical support.

Collaborate with vendors and external partners for system enhancements and updates.

Kyriba DT Support:

Assist in the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies within the treasury department.

Support Kyriba and other treasury applications to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Work closely with treasury teams to identify digital solutions that streamline processes and improve reporting capabilities.

Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring data accuracy and availability.

Collaboration and Communication:

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and various departments within Otis including DT, Treasury and Finance

Identify treasury technology needs, including opportunities for process improvements, automation, and application best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SWIFT solutions with broader financial systems.

Provide training and support to Kyriba end-users.

Prepare technical documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with SDLC and Otis Change Management processes.

Monitor SNOW tickets to ensure timely resolutions.  Liaison between external vendors and internal business partners to escalate issues as needed.

Ad hoc project support as needed.

What you will need to be successful:

Undergraduate degree in information technology, computer science, accounting, finance or related field; Master's degree desired

Five-plus years of experience working with application support, business analysis and infrastructure components and services

Preferred experience with Kyriba, Treasury, Swift, Banking DT

Strong experience with as many of the following technologies as possible: Windows Server, SQL Server, Web Logic, IIS, .Net, SharePoint and ServiceNow

Expertise in working with SaaS applications, cloud services (e.g., Azure), web service API’s (SOAP, RESP) and data analytics tools such as Qlik or Power BI is desirable

Exceptional customer focus skills as well as the ability to learn, understand and interpret business processes

Ability to communicate effectively to technical as well as business audience

Excellent collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels with internal and external parties

The salary range for this role is $114,400-$171,600. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.  Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
