We are looking for a new Treasury Back Office colleague based in our office in Amsterdam.

 

About the team: 
The ZF Treasury Back Office is responsible for confirming and in-time processing of Treasury transactions and to ensure the accurate application of cash and intercompany flows. This is a fast-paced, busy role with a lot of variety to go with the daily routine especially when it comes to exception handling and troubleshooting. You will work within a global team and strong interaction with various ZF departments, banks and IT. This job calls for a candidate who is excited to take responsibility for high-volume transactions as well as detail-oriented analysis in a diverse team and company. 

 

Your tasks as Treasury Analyst Back Office (m/f/d):

Monitor and troubleshoot the daily bank statement processing globally, maintain related master data and administer the Group’s external bank accounts. Furthermore, monitor and maintain the cash forecasting system and the accuracy and completeness of forecasts. Ensure accurate capture and confirmation of treasury transactions in treasury systems as well as initiate and track treasury transaction cash settlements and their accounting categorization. Coordinate and support e-banking administration topics within the Treasury and Shared Service Organization, ensuring assignment of tasks and controls between stakeholders. Monitor and troubleshoot the daily payment activity of the ZF Group and support with the analysis of bank fees. Perform daily inhouse bank closing and maintenance. Act as primary contact for Shared Service Center, inhouse bank customers, banks and IT related to payment transactions and inhouse bank activities and support with various audit topics. Support efforts to standardize, harmonize, digitize and automate treasury processes and participate in international digitization projects for the design of the treasury system landscape and integration of reporting units.

 

Your profile as Treasury Analyst Back Office (m/f/d): 

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline Minimum 3 years' experience as a treasury analyst, financial analyst, accountant or comparable experience in a finance function in a multinational corporation or a bank Strong team and communication skills, strong interest in financial markets and process automation Ability to work independently and analytically with high degree of accuracy, self-initiative and under time pressure Fluent in English (oral and written), German beneficial
