OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to support our Treasury operations for a large, publicly traded healthcare organization. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company’s banking infrastructure and ensuring accurate and timely cash transaction posting.
You will work closely with banking partners and cross-functional teams to maintain banking infrastructure, ensure accurate cash activity, enhance Treasury workflows, and support compliance and audit requirements.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and excited about improving processes in a fast-paced environment.
Bank Administration
Coordinate bank account openings, closings, and maintenanceAssist with KYC requests, documentation updates, and compliance requirementsManage bank signer updates and user accessMaintain internal records of bank accounts and critical documentationCash Management & GL Support
Manually key daily bank transactions to facilitate general ledger cash postingProvide support and backup for certain key Treasury tasksPrepare the daily cash positionPrepare daily cash packetPrepare wires and ACH transfersPrepare bank reconciliations, including follow-up on open itemsPrepare journal entriesOperational Support
Support merchant services activities, platforms, and issue resolutionAssist with audit and SOX documentation requestsPartner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Cash Disbursements, Rev Cycle, Legal, Payroll, IT) on Treasury-related itemsProcess & Systems Improvements
Identify automation opportunities and partner with IT to enhance Treasury workflowsHelp support or optimize Treasury Management System (TMS) functionalityContribute to special projects and initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to analyze data, problem-solve, and manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsMust demonstrate effective project management skills and look for ways to automate our current processes. This specifically includes reviewing more efficient banking products to adapt where efficiencies can be gained and result in cost savings. Actively seeks to consolidate/close bank accounts.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle ERPProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, and advanced ExcelExperience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)Prior Treasury or corporate finance experience in a public company environmentFamiliarity with SOX complianceCore competencies include:
