Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Analyze daily cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity across accounts + Support cash forecasting and monitor variances to improve accuracy + Assist with bank relationship management and account administration + Prepare treasury reports and support internal and external audits + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on treasury-related initiatives for multiple projects **What Are We Looking For** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) + Minimum 2 years of experience in Treasury or Finance, with strong knowledge of cash management principles + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as SAP and online banking platforms + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments + Solid understanding of treasury operations, cash management strategies, and banking practices **Work Environment** This position is based in a professional office setting with a hybrid work model available.
