Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm PST
Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00/hour DOE
At Lithia & Driveway, our Treasury team plays a critical role in keeping financial operations running smoothly across North America, and we’re looking for a Treasury Administrator who thrives on bank reconciliation and digging into details until everything balances perfectly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, problem-solving, and supporting dealerships through accurate and efficient financial processes.
What You’ll Do
Reconcile dealership bank statements daily, ensuring all entries and adjustments are recorded accurately
Research and resolve variances, missing transactions, and errors quickly and effectively
Prepare and post journal entries for bank accounts and intercompany transactions
Monitor and review bank fees, analysis statements, and electronic fund movements
Support dealerships with clear communication on Treasury and banking activities
Provide research and assistance for chargebacks, reconciliations, and inquiries
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions
Collaborate with team members on special projects and additional tasks as assigned
What You Bring
1+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting (bank reconciliation experience strongly preferred)
Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy
Working knowledge of financial accounting principles
Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills
High level of curiosity, accountability, and time management
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Kyriba (a plus, not required)
