Job Title: Treasury Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Treasury Administrator to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in alignment with company policies and treasury procedures. The role involves managing corporate credit card transactions, overseeing administration, and providing training on expense reporting systems.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate recording of all financial transactions in alignment with company policies and treasury procedures.Manage and route corporate credit card transactions and monthly statements through appropriate approval workflows, ensuring timely authorization.Oversee the administration and control of corporate credit cards via the designated online portal, maintaining compliance and security.Provide training and support to end users on Concur expense reporting and reimbursement processes.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of approved invoices.Assist with daily cash and general ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.Support Vendor Management and Customer Credit teams as needed, providing backup and assistance during peak periods or absences.Contribute to monthly financial analysis by preparing and researching expense variances and reconciling general ledger accounts.Assist in compiling and distributing daily, weekly, and ad hoc treasury and financial reports.Safeguard company assets by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to internal controls.Operate independently within company and departmental guidelines, receiving general direction for broader objectives.Perform additional projects and duties as assigned, including general office support and assistance with financial analysis and research for the Accounting and Finance teams.Essential Skills0-1+ years of experience in finance.Bachelors preferred in Accounting or Finance.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Strong communication and writing skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Associate degree in finance or accounting preferred; relevant experience considered.Significant computer end user experience (Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Logistics/trucking experience is a plus.Willingness to learn and grow.Work Environment

The work environment is hybrid, with the first week spent in person to establish relationships. Enjoy being part of a great, team-oriented culture. The role involves working with various technologies, including Microsoft Suite.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
