Treasury Accounting Specialist
Position:
The Treasury Accounting Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operations of the Treasury Department. The role focuses on executing daily and month-end Treasury Accounting activities, maintaining accuracy in line with policies and JSOX controls, and supporting system improvements and automation initiatives. It also involves providing reports and analysis, performing quality assurance testing, and offering support to team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily Treasury Accounting processes, resolve issues, and identify potential risks Act as focal point for month-end activities, including IHB closing, accruals, and Forex controls Contribute to process improvements, automation, and SAP S4 Hana testing Ensure compliance with JSOX and operational controls in accordance with internal policies Support Treasury colleagues and cross-functional teams with ad-hoc reports and analysis
Requirements:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multinational environment (Treasury, Accounting, or Shared Services preferred) Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken Solid knowledge of Treasury Accounting processes; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills
