Job Title: WelderJob Description

The Welder and Fabricator will be responsible for reading complex blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions. They will select raw materials, maneuver metal parts, and fabricate/layout metal to be welded. They will weld metal products to customer specifications using MIG and TIG methods, primarily on Steel and Stainless Steel. Welding processes are manual, not robotic. Parts may require grinding, cleaning, and inspection. Documentation of welds and processes is also required.

Work Environment

Work in a large job shop environment using Miller welding machines. Must be comfortable working near moving mechanical parts, around fumes, airborne particles, and under extreme hot/cold weather conditions. The environment is very loud and may involve exposure to risks of electrical shock and radiation. Holidays are observed with closures on Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
