Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects. This position involves managing various aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final inspection documentation, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate equipment ordering with the supply chain.Coordinate equipment delivery with the farm manager.Manage contractor equipment installation.Participate in pre-construction planning.Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to the supervisor throughout the project.Execute daily management of subcontract electricians and equipment installers.Ensure appropriate materials are available at the project site in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.Resolve shipping schedules and conflicts with the supply chain manager.Perform and complete final inspection documentation.Provide communication with capital planning and construction manager.Essential SkillsExperience in project management and construction management.Understanding of commercial construction processes.Knowledge of accounting systems, construction phases, materials, and vendors.High level of interpersonal skills for handling sensitive information.Ability to operate a company vehicle or manage regular mileage reimbursement.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience or education related to the construction field.Familiarity with general construction processes.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
