**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled welder responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable materials by applying appropriate welding techniques. The role involves welding and fitting various large structural steel components for NAVSEA-related equipment. **Responsibilities** + Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials using advanced welding techniques. + Weld and fit various large structural steel components specifically for NAVSEA-related equipment. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise welding and fitting. + Ensure all work meets the quality standards set for structural welding projects. **Essential Skills** + 3-5+ years of experience in structural welding. + Proficiency in flux core welding and pulse welding. + Experience with MIG pulse welding techniques. + Knowledge of NAVSEA standards and requirements. + Ability to fabricate and weld stainless steel components. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience in shipyards and related fields. + Experience in fabricating and welding large steel components for NAVSEA-related equipment. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing company with a family atmosphere that has been family-owned for over 50 years.
