Reports to: Dir Travel Innovation & Business Development
I. Position Description
Professional work responsible for the planning, production and communication of virtual Travel events. Duties may include:
Virtual Event Production
Steward the business development for virtual events, securing funding and partnershipsDrive cross-functional engagement with product mgrs., marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop differentiated virtual event promotional strategies.Understand individual event objectives and develop effective narratives for consumer delivery.Coordinate and communicate virtual event logistics to effectively produce consumer events in a timely manner to drive leads and sales.Curate and produce multimedia content for use in virtual events, ACG social media and marketing channels in support of promotional strategies.Innovation & Promotional Strategy Development
Develop and manage promotional product strategies and work cross functionally with sales and marketing to grow member awareness, sales, and profit.Source and leverage digital innovations to enhance travel’s virtual promotions and engagement strategies, surfacing and supporting pilots.Analyze & Assess Performance
Effectively analyze virtual event and engagement data from multiple reports to assist in future strategy development and enhancement.Assess the competitive landscape as it pertains to virtual consumer engagement to provide recommendations to increase ACG’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.Assess the traveler experience within the virtual channel and identify opportunities for improvement and constructive collaboration across other strategies.Reporting
Create and share bi-weekly and monthly reports on virtual event engagement and sales.Provide key metrics for monthly and quarterly travel scorecards.Assess sales and leads reports providing insights for future strategy development.Communicate & Coach
Work cross functionally to increase internal awareness of Travel’s virtual promotional strategies.Successfully communicate and coach travel partners and travel agents on how to effectively engage with consumers in a virtual channel.Effectively communicate virtual event promotional strategies within the Travel line of business to ensure sales team alignment and understanding to maximize opportunities.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or similar area of studyExperience:
