We’re seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to oversee and grow our Commodity Travel Product Lines—including Air, Car, Hotel and exciting new ancillary offerings.

In this role, you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to design, enhance, and launch travel products that inspire members to book their next adventure with AAA. You’ll have the autonomy to craft and execute a roadmap that drives growth, profitability, and market relevance, while collaborating with top-tier travel partners around the globe.

What You’ll Do

Set the vision – Develop and execute a forward-thinking travel strategy that strengthens AAA’s brand in the travel industry and boosts member engagement.

Spot the trends – Leverage market insights, competitive analysis, and Travel Advisor feedback to shape high-value product offerings.

Innovate & enhance – Oversee the evolution of existing products and bring new ideas to life, from concept to launch.

Lead go-to-market execution – Drive strategic marketing initiatives for your portfolio, ensuring strong performance across digital, print, and in-branch channels.

Be the connector – Build strong relationships with travel vendors and business partners to maximize value, service quality, and member satisfaction.

Own the numbers – Monitor KPIs and business results, making data-driven adjustments to ensure profitability and growth.

Inspire collaboration – Partner with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to bring big ideas to life.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

4–6 years of product management experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism related industries.

Proven success creating and executing strategies that drive measurable results.

Ability to transform market trends and customer needs into innovative, market-ready offerings.

Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to represent AAA in partner and vendor discussions.

Exceptional communication skills—able to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Expertise in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$117,600.00 - $156,400.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
