**Prepare Patients, Embrace Peaks – Pre-Op Nursing in Vail.** **Now Hiring:** PACU/Pre-Op Registered Nurse **Important:** Applicants must reside **70 miles or more** from zip code 81657 **Location:** Vail, CO **Schedule:** 13 weeks, 12 hour Rotating Shifts **Key responsibilities:** + Collaborates with providers, staff and other members of the team to achieve optimal patient results + Conducts comprehensive pre-surgical assessments, including reviewing medical history, medications, allergies, and evaluating the patient's overall readiness for surgery + Prepares patients for surgery by assessing their physical and emotional status, educating them about the procedure, and ensuring they are ready for surgery **Qualifications:** + Minimum 2 years of PACU/Pre-Op experience required + Active RN license in CO or Compact License + AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required **Pay Breakdown:** + $648 per week (taxable) + $2,051 weekly per diem (non-taxable) **Pay Details:** $2,699.00 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
