Travel Officer

Job Summary:

Implement Travel activities to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes, and procedures.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Follows all relevant Travel policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Reserve Flight ticket, Transportation, Group Meeting and Small Events for Sales and Marketing. Reserve Accommodation inside & outside Egypt. Create Purchase Order for Flight Tickets, Accommodation, Restaurants and Transportations. Handling and revising the Invoices to be sure about the matching between the purchase order and the invoice. Work with Accounting department to track payment to all vendors and service provider. Job Location: 6th of October City

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in the same role Fluency in English, both written and verbal
