Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **Responsibilities** Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. + Assess, prepare and position patients for procedures. Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary. + Prepare, implement and document plan of care. Communicate patient's condition to physician before, during and after procedures. + Perform and/or facilitates diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures. + Perform set up and provides equipment and supplies before, during and after procedures. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): + Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: + Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire **Additional Preferences** + RN with 2-3 years of Cath Lab experience strongly preferred. + Local and national travel options are available dependent on need.
