Hours : 36 Hours/week, every other weekend * 48 hours/week available at $2,528/week * Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join an inpatient rehabilitation facility. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or complex medical conditions while supporting their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities + Provide direct nursing care to rehabilitation patients with medical-surgical and telemetry needs + Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring, including cardiac rhythms when indicated + Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed + Collaborate with physicians, therapists (PT/OT/ST), case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery + Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition promptly + Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, mobility, safety, and discharge planning + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) + Adhere to all patient safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Requirements + Active Registered Nurse (RN) license + Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry experience required or preferred + Rehabilitation, post-acute, or acute care experience preferred + Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and time-management skills + Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary rehab environment + EPIC experience Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: + Competitive pay & weekly paychecks + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) savings plan + Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
