As an American Express Travel & Lifestyle Consultant, you will be ready to take whatever travel request comes your way. Here’s just some of what you could be doing each day:

Delivering an innovative service to your customers through multi-channel servicing designed to meet their individual requirementsConsulting with our Card Members through phone and digital channels such as e-mail servicing and website booking support so that you can recommend relevant products and services that are perfectly tailored to their needsTroubleshooting any customer issues relating to the use of the travel website and expertly guiding customers whilst they navigate around the siteCreating unique travel & lifestyle experiences by expertly booking domestic and international flights, cars and hotelsUsing your in-depth knowledge to help Card Members access their exclusive benefits, including how to make the most of their Membership Reward pointsYou will always put the Card Member’s experience at the forefront of everything you do, reinforcing the Membership First mindset and winning their loyalty

Minimum Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills including active listening in Cantonese, and English (Mandarin is beneficial)Sales experience and the consultative skills to confidently recommend and cross-sell relevant products and services via phone and digital channelsConfident computer skills are vital as you’ll be using several different tools and systems dailyAbility to consult and convey extraordinary care through exceptional writing skillsA flair for building long-lasting customer relationships through your ability to thoroughly understand your customer and your strong verbal and written communication skillsA good knowledge of travel and world geography thanks to a lengthy spell spent exploring the world OR a recent history of selling domestic and international travel and lifestyleResilience and composure to remain positive under pressure and in changing circumstancesStrong time management and multi-tasking skillsThe flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
