Position Description:
Reporting to the Practice Coordinator, Interventional Radiology, this position is responsible for performing routine and specialized radiographic procedures in the Special Procedures areas, providing patient care and physician assistance during the performance of those procedures.
What you will do:
o Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
o Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
o Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area
o Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes
o Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes
o Exhibits agility & willingness to take on new & additional responsibilities
o Embraces new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities
Minimum Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Graduate of an accredited program of Radiologic Technology is required.
3. Valid Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification issued by the California Department of Public Health-Radiologic Health Branch (CDPH-RHB) is required.
4. American Registry Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in Radiography is required.
5. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS card is required.
6. A minimum of 18 months of experience in Diagnostic Radiology is required.
7. Knowledge of contrast media, radiation physics, anatomy and radiographic positioning, as well as familiarity with a variety of radiographic and support equipment, including the ability to independently operate and troubleshoot the equipment is required.
8. Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
9. Ability to complete the orientation and training. We have different options to choose from that will meet your schedule.

Pay Range:
o Base hourly rate: $54.72 - $92.00
o Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
