This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.
Key Responsibilities
Validate and process employee expense claims in line with Thales Travel & Expenses policy and defined deadlinesAnalyse expense claims and perform compliance and accuracy checks across multiple operating unitsManage employee and end-user expense-related queries via email and ticketing systems, ensuring high-quality customer serviceMonitor and maintain prepayments and debit balances at acceptable levelsSupport month-end closing activities, reporting, corporate card reconciliation, and internal/external auditsCompetencies & ProfileDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindsetTeam player with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasksAdaptable and flexible, comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environmentStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to work with different cultures and stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
