Travel & Expense Analyst III/Manager
**Description** T&E Analyst III Travel and expense reporting day to day operations to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless back office operations while ensuring compliance and cost control. Direct offshore T&E team and monitor their performance based on SLAs. Collaborate with other functions to make sure all business requirements are met including adherence to compliance requirements. T&E Manager: Manage Travel and Expense operations, corporate travel cards, purchasing and meeting cards for all US businesses. Responsible for compliance with Travel and Card policies, regulations and credit card reimbursement processes. Manage US travel and credit card vendors and work closely with GBS to implement global processes and vendors. Liaison with HP and AH businesses regarding their T&E needs. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus, relocation and or other compensation elements. **Duties & Responsibilities** T&E Analyst III: + Manage Travel and credit card program to achieve high level of efficiency. Assist in directing offshore T&E back office reconciliation, perform additional troubleshooting when needed. Support T&E back office to ensure a robust and dynamic governance process. Review and provide further troubleshooting to IT tickets created. Review and update SOPs. + Responsible for T&E Compliance. Develop and execute proactive monitoring of T&E activities and processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations and reduce fraud. + Partner with business on requirements for T&E. Manage training and change management to customers. Assist with travel and expense reporting business process: Concur, SAP, Travel Management web site. Escalate and resolve disruptions in timely manner. + Group travel T&E management. Liaison with Meeting Planners, Congress and Meeting Management Team and CWT Group Travel Desk. Assist with usage of company hotel points program. + Monitor vendors contract adherence and performance. Escalate when deviation occurs. Participate in RFP's. Vendors: airlines, rental cars, black car services, hotels, credit card company, Cognizant, and the Travel Management Company. + Manage unused Airfare tickets. Work with TMC and airlines on re-use of unused air tickets. Educate employees on how to use and transfer their unused air tickets to other employees so they do not expire. + Prepare, monitor and manage metrics and other reports to evaluate cost, efficiency, compliance and savings of T&E programs. T&E Manager: + Responsible for all the responsibilities for T&E Analyst III plus the fillowing: + Manage Travel and credit card program to achieve high level of efficiency. Assist in directing offshore T&E back office reconciliation, perform additional troubleshooting when needed. Support T&E back office to ensure a robust and dynamic governance process. Review and provide further troubleshooting to IT tickets created. Review and update SOPs. + Responsible for T&E Compliance. Vendors: airlines, rental cars, black car services, hotels, credit card company, Cognizant, and the Travel Management Company. + Member of Incident Management Committee as a stakeholder for travelers’ safety. Collaborate with Human Resources and ISEE during incidents to determine those employees in need of assistance. **Requirements** T&E Analyst III + 4 year Degree and 3-5 years business experience, preferably in T&E or Finance. + Be able to adapt quickly to the changing market and policies. Have the ability to perform analysis and problem solving. Providing customer service and direction to a large and diverse end-user community. + Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision, and capable of significant contributions on special projects. Good knowledge of travel and expense reporting process, G/L reconciliation, financial posting, payment processing is desired. Knowledge of SAP, Concur is preferred. Excellent organization skills, results driven. Takes the initiative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to grasp new topics quickly and transfer knowledge to others on team. T&E Manager + 4 year Degree and 5-7 years business experience, preferably in T&E or Finance. + Providing T&E services to all US businesses. Be able to adapt quickly to the changing market and policies. Have the ability to perform analysis and problem solving. + Providing customer service and direction to a large and diverse end-user community. Managing multiple vendors. Provide services locally (US) utilizing global systems and processes. + Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision. Ability to manage projects. Excellent organization skills, results driven. Takes the initiative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
