How will you make an impact in this role?

Travel counselor (Tier 1) - Global Operations, Mid-Back office – Travel concierge experience

Incumbent is responsible for completing stipulated tasks within pre-defined timelines maintaining speed and accuracy in Travel Backoffice Function

Functional description-

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the end-to-end ADM (Agency Debit Memo) lifecycle, including handling global ADMs.Review, analyze, and validate airline-issued ADMs with high accuracy and attention to detail.Conduct in-depth research and verification of ADMs against PNR details, fare rules, commission structures, and airline policies.Raise disputes with airlines where required with complete supporting documentation.The incumbent should have strong understanding of the travel and airline business to effectively support day-to-day operational requirements.Exhibit a results-oriented mindset with the ability to independently investigate and resolve queries within defined timeline.Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, internal guidelines, compliance standards, and business policies applicable to the role.Maintain high quality and accuracy standards while consistently meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications:

·       Graduate with 2 – 3 years of working experience, preferably in travel back office or airline operations

·       Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.

·       Strong attention to detail with a high focus on accuracy, quality, and control adherence.

·       Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

·       GDS (Sabre) knowledge is must.

·       Familiarity with accounting systems/tools such as Central Command is an added advantage.
