Travel Coordinator
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Based in Perth | Join Woodside’s Project Logistics Team
About the Role
Woodside is seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator to support our Project Logistics team in Perth. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end travel and aviation logistics for our project teams, ensuring seamless support for mobilisations and offshore operations.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment within one of Australia’s leading energy companies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic and offshore travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport
Support project mobilisation start-ups and ongoing logistics planning
Maintain and monitor travel inboxes, ensuring timely and effective communication
Liaise with internal teams and external providers to manage travel requirements
Ensure compliance with travel standards and procedures
Provide training on Woodside Aviation Systems
Manage accurate cost allocation and assist with contract-related payments
Work closely with Corporate Travel and Aviation teams
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a travel coordination or logistics role (resources or FIFO experience highly regarded)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in online booking tools and Microsoft Office suite (intermediate–advanced)
Attention to detail with a customer-first mindset
Basic understanding of accounting/invoicing processes
