The Position
Please note that this position is a 2 years fixed term contract!
The OpportunityAs a T&E Compliance Senior Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting finance, audit, and compliance functions across selected Roche affiliates. In this role, you will:
Assess employee expense claims for compliance with internal policies, VAT regulations, and fraud prevention standards, documenting reviews in Concur.
Resolve integration issues between Concur and SAP, and escalate complex cases with recommendations for resolution.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and affiliates to support T&E processes and deliver financial reporting support.
Identify and drive process improvements, including updates to compliance documentation and training materials.
Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, leading regular operational reviews and contributing to cross-functional satisfaction.
Support team development, sharing knowledge, onboarding new joiners, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Contribute to project work, including process updates, implementation, and change communication.
Who You AreYou have 2+ years of experience in finance, audit, or compliance, with a strong understanding of T&E processes and regulations.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field and speak fluent English and German.
You bring a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a compliance-focused mindset.
You’re proactive, independent, and confident making decisions within policy guidelines.
You enjoy cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
You look for process improvements and adapt well to change with a growth mindset.
