Travel Advisor Engagement Coordinator
Job Description A growing travel company in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add a Travel Advisor Engagement Coordinator to their team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new travel advisors joining our program, guiding them through onboarding, setting up their accounts, and ensuring they feel supported and connected. You will host onboarding calls, manage the advisor inbox, assist with webinars and training sessions, and maintain smooth communication between advisors and internal teams. Additional responsibilities include sending invoices for booked trips, tracking engagement, and following up with advisors who have completed onboarding but have not yet booked trips. You will also keep advisor-facing materials and FAQs up to date and collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to improve the onboarding and engagement experience. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about travel, enjoys helping others succeed, and thrives in a structured, people-focused environment. Skills and Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a customer support, coordination, or operations role, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Background in travel, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proficiency with CRM platforms and communication tools, along with strong skills in data entry and organization. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clear, professional, and engaging interactions.
