Job Purpose

 

Program Context 

As part of the Global Logistics Transformation journey, you will support the standardization and optimization of transportation processes & activities. You will contribute to improving visibility of shipment and help enable intelligent decision-making in our logistics operations.

 

Overview 

Support a Global Logistics Transformation Project in Transportation. You will assist in the implementation of the new Transportation Core Model and contribute to the Control Tower project, while learning about the setup of the New Organization.

 

Key Accountabilities

Support in gathering and documenting business requirements

Assist in process design and analysis

Help coordinate implementation activities between different teams

Support testing and validation activities

Contribute to performance monitoring and analytics

Learn and assist in continuous improvement initiatives

Participate in project documentation and reporting

 

About you

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field. Currently enrolled in or recently completed relevant Master's degree is a plusEnglish language proficiency. French / Spanish are a plusExperience : No prior work experience requiredInternships or academic projects in Consulting firms or Supply Chain/Logistics are valuedKnowledge of basic Supply Chain concepts and Transportation ManagementFamiliarity with common business software and analytics toolsSkills :Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational skillsGood communication skillsTeam player mentalityAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new environmentsProactive attitude and enthusiasm for learningBasic project management skills
