A leading logistics company is seeking highly motivated and skilled Logistics Specialists to support the coordination of daily freight operations across North America. Key Responsibilities: + Manage daily freight movements across a large-scale fulfillment network. + Communicate effectively with external partners including carriers, vendors, and suppliers. + Analyze and interpret data using tools such as Excel, Access, and SQL to support operational decisions. + Monitor appointment and arrival times, identifying trends and recommending process improvements. + Prepare and present weekly performance reports and variance analyses. + Escalate and resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal and external teams. + Lead initiatives to streamline transportation processes and improve efficiency. + Develop and track performance metrics to support business objectives. + Collaborate with technical teams to define system requirements and enhancements. Required Skills: + Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. + Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or freight dispatch is a plus. + Background in customer account management or support with de-escalation experience. + Comfortable working with data from multiple sources to make informed decisions. + Experience leading or contributing to process improvement initiatives.
