In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a world-class logistics process that ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. You will engage in strategic design and practical implementation, requiring problem-solving, basic mathematics, communication, and customer service skills. Responsibilities + Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies for the Transportation Services network carrier base. + Partner with teams to drive process improvements, enhance service, iterate technology, and improve carrier performance engagement and growth. + Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive business decisions across customer-facing programs. + Pull data from numerous databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems. Essential Skills + 1-3 years’ experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or related field. + Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing. + Strong written communication skills. + Problem-solving and operations management. + Ability to manage large data sets and use them to drive performance and process improvements. + Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school or equivalent diploma. + 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience. + 1+ years of management experience. + Bachelor's degree is preferred. + Experience in ownership, delivering results, and a bias for action. Work Environment This position requires working 100% onsite with a shift schedule from Wednesday to Saturday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
