Job Overview:
Location: 304 Century Center Boulevard, Irving, TX 75062
Schedule: Full-time | 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for managing product demand at the Irving Distribution Center by coordinating truck builds, printing pick tickets, and overseeing the timely processing of STOs from shipment through receipt.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily truck builds, print pick tickets, and process STOs to meet branch demand.
Monitor on-time performance and drive root cause analysis when targets are missed.
Collaborate with supplying plants to maintain in-stock status and ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare and maintain reports on inventory and outbound shipments, including period-end reporting.
Provide inventory support to branches and assist with follow-up inquiries.
Support hub-and-spoke inventory processes.
Generate and manage inventory reports using Excel and SAP.
Work alongside warehouse and inventory teams; serve as backup for inventory functions.
Conduct weekly physical inventories using RF scanning equipment and perform recounts as needed.
Ensure SOX compliance in all shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
Manage inbound scheduling by assigning carriers and aligning with warehouse operations.
Create and print barcodes and bin location labels as needed.
Cross-train and support other operational functions as required.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
Working knowledge of DOT regulations and truck operations required.
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is essential; SAP or similar WMS experience strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Background in transportation, inventory control, or supply planning preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
