Position Summary

Responsible for the planning of all outbound shipping to internal and external customers.

ResponsibilitiesDaily Load Planning for multiple distribution centersPreparing daily Warehouse ScheduleMonitor DC mailbox for transportation deliverablesScheduling extra freight available to our customersScheduling other DC’s OOT shipmentsContact with customers when shipments arrive late or need to be rescheduledSending customer notifications either by manifests/phone calls/ confirming correct appt through automatic emailsProcess outbound stock order transfer (STO) shipmentsRun minimum weight block and road block report dailyMonitor daily transportation reports from corporate partnersProcess LTL, UPS, XPAS, Branding orders dailyOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications

Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
