Transportation manager is responsible to\:

Create and facilitate the relationship with the appointed Freight forwarders & Customer brokerSupport the Global and Regional Transport Leads in regards to business implementation for new projects world-wide where orders are flowing through Korea (Direct or Drop shipped)Design, Manage and make long term plans for Korea Transport organization, aligned with the Global Transportation roadmapDrive monthly performance review with Freight forwarder and identify all risks on service / productivityDrive, supervise, and monitor SOP (Standard Operation Process)’s for the Service providers (International & domestic freight forwarder, customs broker) and Transportation teamAssess Monthly the Analysis of Change related to logistic cost to ensure the productivityBuild up a business case for transport flow changes to maximize opportunities for improvementsMonitor daily inbound and outbound operations (Schedule planning, Expediting, trouble shooting)
