Job Description

As a Transportation Management Specialist you have the opportunity to execute all Factory Order Management processes to ensure Philips meets Customer requirements.

You are responsible for:

Ensuring close of in a timely manner of Export and Transit declarations documents to avoid penaltiesCreating, assembling, auditing and presenting applicable export documents and forms, required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulationsCommunication with appropriate internal/external customers, including loading facilities, freight forwarders, brokers, and customersTracking & Tracing shipment – monitoring milestones until departure from the port of origin Monitoring missing Pickup and Departure and replanning until shipment completion.Processing transport Bid booking in case of missing allocation or missing capacity

You're the right fit if:

You have at least bachelor’s degree preferably in supply chainYou have previous relevant experience in international transport/ export documents creationYou have evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providersYou have good working knowledge of MS office applications, SAP and TMS InfodisYou have fluent level of English

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
