Your role at Clorox:

The Transportation Load Builder plays a crucial role in optimizing shipments within our ERP and TMS systems. Balancing cost-effectiveness with service excellence, they ensure seamless transportation of all requested shipments through Clorox networks and customer distribution centers. Their focus lies in efficient space utilization.

In this role, you will:

Daily Load Planning Execution:

Execute freight-to-trade loads (freight orders) within the S4HANA TM Module.Maximize on-time delivery metrics and truckload utilization results.Interact with order management teams to address and resolve load-related issues.

Transportation Profile Refinement:

Review and refine transportation profiles.Optimize load utilization while minimizing the risk of product displacement or order cuts.

Exception Resolution:

Document and escalate new exceptions as they arise.Address load planning exceptions promptly.Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics and Customer Operations to enhance performance.

TM Master Data Management:

Understand TM master data requirements.Validate parameters to optimize the TM module.Provide recommendations for optimization opportunities.

Standard Operating Procedures:

Assist in preparing standard operating procedures.

What we look for:

3+ years in a supply chain role.3+ years working with desktop applications and ERP systems.High School Diploma required.Preferred degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or logistics management.Transportation load planning experience (highly preferred).Experience managing transportation providers and third parties (e.g., Uber Freight, LTL/TL carriers).Ability to travel as needed to support strategic planning.Transportation Knowledge: Familiarity with general transportation requirements (e.g., lanes, weight limits).Customer Focus: Understanding of customer requirements; customer-facing experience a plus.Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with business teams, IT, and third-party vendors.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Analytical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.SAP & Transportation Planning: Working knowledge of SAP and transportation planning processes.ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with the Transportation Module, Material Master, and Sales Documents within ERP.Broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $65,000 - $115,800

–Zone B: $59,600 - $106,100

–Zone C: $54,200 - $96,500
