Responsibilities:

Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments and social outings

Ensure all transportation vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment

Adhere to Ashland Village's policies and procedures, including HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality agreements

Requirements:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and maneuver wheelchairs as needed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., healthcare, transportation) preferred
