Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage air and sea shipments for both domestic and international logistics
Prepare accurate commercial invoices and other essential shipping documentation (packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)
Work directly with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to keep shipments on track
Ensure all transportation activities meet compliance regulations, including U.S. and international import/export laws
Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any transportation or delivery issues
Maintain meticulous records of all shipping and logistics transactions
Track KPIs and contribute ideas to streamline transportation processes and drive cost efficiencies
Pivot quickly when priorities shift?without getting flustered
Push boundaries to get things done while keeping a positive, team-oriented vibe
Communicate updates and collaborate closely with purchasing, warehouse, and customer service teams
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and compliance teams
Knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes and ECCN classifications
Familiarity with ERP or TMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills

3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
Hands-on experience with air and ocean freight shipments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
