The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 97-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter. **Summary** It is the responsibility of the Part-Time Transportation Coordinator to under limited supervision, prepare regular work assignments related to the strategy for the Operations team. Professionaly interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner relationships to provide the highest level of customer service. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office based out of Las Vegas, NV. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Monitor and track inbound-outbound equipment. + Assist with inter-branch tracking. + Responsible for turning in daily labor call information. + Run TSS reports for equipment needs for upcoming shows. + Provide monthly service failure reports to manager. + Assist with other projects and special assignments when required. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Education & Experience** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Must be able to work in a team environment while being an independent thinker. + Strong analytical and problem solving skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office. + Familiarity with safety and security measures for proper care of an operation. + Excellent customer service skills. **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
