**Transportation Coordinator** **Schedule:** Shift 1 -Monday-Friday:5:00 AM -1:30 PM **General Summary** Coordinates outbound shipments to support transportation operations. Ensures timely, accurate communication and coordination across stores, distribution centers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain service standards and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** + Coordinate outbound and backhaul freight assignments to maximize truck utilization and reduce costs. + Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with delivery protocols. + Perform accurate data entry across transportation systems and ensure accuracy of carrier invoicing within those systems. + Conduct tracking and tracing of deliveries and equipment. + Support claims processes and ensure proper documentation for credits. + Analyze operational trends and implement process improvements. + Follow safety procedures and promote a clean, organized work environment. + Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. + **Experience:** 3–5 years of customer service experience preferred.
