**Job Title: Transportation Contact Center Specialist** **Location:** Alexandria MN **Job Type:** Full Time. Mon-Fri **Job Description:** As a Transportation Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing member satisfaction by providing professional and accurate responses to incoming inquiries regarding transportation benefits and issues. You will maintain an up-to-date and thorough knowledge of the company’s, products, and guidelines, and properly document all calls/contacts as required by department standards in a clear and concise manner. **What you will be doing:** + Provide accurate research and resolution to member issues in accordance with established procedures. + Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information. + Respond to elevated calls and work with other departments to resolve member-related issues. + Answering 11-13 inbound calls per hour providing assistance to clients + Organize transportation for client to appointments as needed + Full job description provided upon request after initial phone interview with Manpower Talent Agent. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent, relative experience + Call center experience and knowledge of healthcare programs + Background check for criminal history drug screen is part of the employment process.
