The incumbent performs analysis tasks within planned durations and established deadlines to support the development of reporting techniques to business problems. This position collaborates with teams to ensure effective communication in supporting the achievement of objectives. The role supports with knowledge, development, maintenance, and support for both reporting and business needs. **Responsibilities** + Develops data driven analytics solution to generate insights + Contributes in the development decision making reporting on Power BI, Excel and SQL + Collaborates with others to define how analysis should be incorporated into existing systems and processes + Contributes in the gathering of needed data from existing web reports and SQL data bases + Executes procedures to monitor systems performance and integrity + Documents maintenance and support activities to ensure quality control of reporting + Contributes to work sessions to gather relevant information and to ensure understanding of the audience's knowledge + Assists in making recommendations to aid in the decision-making process + Contributes in meetings with user groups to determine the nature of the problem and recommend solutions + Monitors the industry to gain knowledge and understanding of emerging analytics tools/technologies that can be adapted + Forecasts by analyzing historical data to identify positive/negative growth trend **Preferences** + Possesses experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Point **Basic Qualifications** + Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer + Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions + Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself + Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) or be a current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. **Other Criteria:** UPS is an equal opportunity employer.
