Join our dynamic transportation team in Sosnowiec, where we manage over 120,000 shipments annually from +1.000 suppliers to +20 Caterpillar facilities in EAME region, via all modes of truck transport. As a Transportation Analyst, you’ll be part of a supportive, international team that values fresh ideas and collaboration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and smooth, on-time deliveries to our production plants—helping us build a better-connected supply chain.

What You’ll Do:

Take charge of resolving transport disruptions to avoid production delays.Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.Maintain and improve Transport Management System (TMS) master data.Analyze carrier performance and support continuous improvement projects.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.1–3 years of experience in freight or transport operations.Demonstrate strong Interpersonal Skills and Collaborative Work Style.Apply your creative problem-solving skills and pro-actively anticipate issues.Be a  critical thinker and make informed decisions independently.Effectively prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.Communicate effectively and clearly in English; Polish or other European languages are a plus.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or Operational Excellence.Exposure to purchasing, material planning, or manufacturing environments.
