SJC Description:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Freight Audit Transportation Analyst to support the Global Supply Chain Transportation & Logistics Organization.

Successful candidate will have expertise and knowledge in freight bill and audit. Proactively collaborate across work streams internal and external to Boeing. Perform daily audits of complex invoicing issues.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate’s role and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Proactively works with carriers to resolve invoicing issues.

Work alongside internal and external cross-functional teams.

Proper record keeping of master data files that support auditing.

Gatekeeping unallowable charges and the correct rejection process.

Analyze and support implementation of vendor statement of work, standard operating processes, and master files.

Support freight audit statement of work language within transportation contracts.

Carrier invoice EDI support.

Ability to create presentations and report to leaders.

Streamline, create and document processes across teams while communicating process changes to cross-functional organizations and third-party providers.

Work Environment:

This position is 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed locations.

Basic Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in finance, billing and/or audit function

4+ years of data analysis utilizing Excel, utilizing dashboards to extract data, and building complex PowerPoints

3+ years of experience interacting with carriers, business partners, customers and/or 3rd party audit providers

2+ years of experience creating executive level presentations and reporting out to executive leadership

2+ years of experience implementing and executing projects

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a Supply Chain finance, billing and/or audit function

5+ years of data analysis utilizing Excel, utilizing dashboards to extract data, and building complex PowerPoints

5+ years of experience interacting with carriers, business partners, customers and/or 3rd party audit providers

Summary pay range: $82,000-$96,000
